Changes you make to your workspace affect only your view and will not impact your teammates.

Rearrange Apps and Groups

You can change the order of apps and groups on your desktop at any time.

  1. Click and hold the app or group you want to move.
  2. Drag it to the desired location.
  3. Release to drop it in place.

Create Groups and Subgroups

Groups help you organize related apps and keep your workspace tidy.

To create a new group:

  1. Right-click anywhere on your workspace.
  2. Select New Group.
  3. Enter a name for the group.

To rename an existing group:

  1. Right-click the group.
  2. Select Rename.
  3. Enter the new name.

Groups can also contain other groups, allowing you to create nested folders and organize your workspace in multiple levels.

Move Apps into a Group

To move an app or group into another group:

  1. Right-click the app or group.
  2. Select Move To.
  3. Choose a destination group.
  4. Click Add.

To create a new destination group, click Add Group.

Tip: The desktop is the default destination. To move an app or group back to the desktop (your root workspace), click Add without selecting a destination group.

Add an App to Multiple Groups

The same app can appear in multiple groups, making it easier to access from different locations in your workspace.

To add an app to another group without removing it from its current location:

  1. Open the Apps List.
  2. Locate the app you want to add.
  3. Add it to the desired group.

A shortcut to the app will be created in the selected group while the original app remains in its current location.

Note: This is different from moving an app. Moving removes it from its current location, while adding creates an additional shortcut to the same app.

Hide Apps and Groups

You can hide apps or groups that you do not use regularly.

Hidden items are removed from your workspace but remain available in the Apps List and can be added back at any time.

To hide an app or group:

  1. Right-click the app or group.
  2. Select Hide.
