Filtering is available in List View and allows you to display only the records that match specific criteria.
 

Create a Filter

To filter records:

  1. Open the app in List View.
  2. Click the Filter button in the toolbar.
  3. Select the field and values you want to filter by.
 
 
When a filter is active, the Filter button turns blue.
 

Combine Multiple Filters

You can apply multiple filters at the same time to further refine your results.

For example, you could display only vectors:

  • For a specific organism
  • With a specific antibiotic resistance
  • Created by a particular user

By combining multiple filters, you can quickly access the records most relevant to your work.

Create Custom Views

Saved filters can be used as custom views.

Once you create a filter, Plugg remembers it until you delete it. You can quickly activate or deactivate saved filters from the Filter menu without recreating them each time.

This allows you to create different views of the same data for different workflows

 
 
 
 

Personal Views

Filters and custom views only affect your workspace.

Other users will continue to see records using their own filters and view preferences, even when working in the same shared app.
